About the role

  • Customer Success Specialist ensuring client success at RPE through tailored solutions and proactive management in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of issuers, acting proactively and consultatively throughout the customer success journey;
  • Conduct MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews) and develop action plans for growth, engagement, and retention;
  • Identify revenue expansion opportunities (upsell and cross-sell);
  • Represent the voice of the customer on the client committee in RPE's strategic forums;
  • Mediate requests between clients and internal teams (Product, Operations, TechOps, Sales, Finance, and Legal).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Previous experience in companies serving the retail sector;
  • Previous experience in financial services or technology companies;
  • Technical knowledge of financial services and payment solutions.

  • Contract type: PJ (independent contractor/service provider);
  • Work model: Hybrid — 2 days per week in the office (Vila Olímpia, São Paulo) and 1 day per week visiting clients.
