Responsibilities
Responsible for the creative production of CRM communications for email marketing and WhatsApp, focusing on promotional campaigns, transactional messages and automated journeys.
Develop HTML layouts for email marketing campaigns and implement them in the CRM platform.
Create landing pages for digital campaigns.
Propose and run A/B tests with creative variations to generate learnings and optimize our communications.
Collaborate with the agency on the production of communication assets, ensuring delivery quality and compliance with the Cartões Renner brand identity.
Performance-oriented design, ensuring communications follow a mobile-first approach, clear visual hierarchy, visual storytelling, strong CTAs, and intentional use of social proof and visual triggers.
Ensure CRM communication best practices are correctly applied to optimize customer experience and creative performance.
Maintain governance of design deliverables: an asset library of produced creatives, documentation of test learnings, and management of the partner agency’s designers.
Propose process optimizations for the Design area to increase CRM efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in Design with a focus on CRM
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms/tools
Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator)
Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS for email marketing
Experience with A/B testing (hypothesis definition, variations, result analysis) and understanding of CRM metrics (open rate, CTR, CTOR, conversion)
