Responsibilities
Own the complete data preparation process for OEM customer demos and onboardings.
Prepare custom OEM demo environments using real customer data.
Shadow customer onboarding sessions and document the data upload process.
Manage end-to-end demo data preparation for the OEM sales pipeline.
Contribute to successful customer onboardings through data cleaning and uploads.
Create documentation to enable replication of your work.
Train Account Executives on demo preparation best practices.
Requirements
You are genuinely curious about how companies make sourcing and pricing decisions.
You can organize messy Excel files instinctively.
You have previously turned chaos into structure in any role.
You are comfortable learning new software tools quickly.
You can explain technical concepts to non-technical people; English is required, German is a plus.
You are proactive and fix issues you notice without being asked.
Available for 15–20 hours per week during German business hours.
