About the role
- Lead Recruiter managing end-to-end hiring for GetGround's operations in the UK and Philippines. Responsible for building talent acquisition strategies and creative sourcing in the fintech industry.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment across from intake to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Building and nurturing talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs
- Partnering with hiring managers to define roles, ideal profiles, and assessment approaches
- Sourcing creatively across channels and experimenting with AI-powered recruitment tools
- Delivering a candidate experience that reflects our ambition and values
- Tracking, analysing, and improving hiring metrics and processes
- Scaling our talent acquisition strategy as we grow rapidly
