About the role

  • Lead Recruiter managing end-to-end hiring for GetGround's operations in the UK and Philippines. Responsible for building talent acquisition strategies and creative sourcing in the fintech industry.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment across from intake to offer acceptance and onboarding
  • Building and nurturing talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs
  • Partnering with hiring managers to define roles, ideal profiles, and assessment approaches
  • Sourcing creatively across channels and experimenting with AI-powered recruitment tools
  • Delivering a candidate experience that reflects our ambition and values
  • Tracking, analysing, and improving hiring metrics and processes
  • Scaling our talent acquisition strategy as we grow rapidly

Requirements

  • Experience with Ashby our ATS platform
  • Background in fintech or high-growth startups
  • Experience building employer branding initiatives
