Junior Project Manager at Careloop assisting in international recruiting projects, team coordination, and client engagement. Responsible for managing project timelines and facilitating communication.
Responsibilities
Project responsibility: You will assist in planning, managing and implementing larger projects in an international context and support clients from kick-off through delivery. You will take on first/smaller projects independently.
Support in project coordination and implementation: You will learn who needs which information at what time to keep projects moving forward and proactively support the teams involved in managing processes (e.g., through communication and scheduling) to ensure smooth operations.
Conducting status updates with clients and your team: You will help gather information and prepare project plans/reports and act as a supportive sparring partner for many questions and decisions. You will monitor deadlines and milestone achievement. Occasionally you will also attend client meetings on site.
Teamwork: You will work closely and cross-functionally with colleagues from our International Recruiting team — we offer strong team cohesion and continuous support. During peak times you will also assist colleagues with project-related tasks.
Active new client acquisition: By agreement, you will independently prepare and carry out acquisition activities (by phone, email, at events, etc.) as well as market and competitor analyses.
