Responsibilities

  • Own and accelerate the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle
  • Build trust and relationships with leadership and collaborators
  • Develop recruitment strategy plans and comprehensive sourcing strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • 1+ year of in-house recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with recruitment technology, ideally Workday ATS
