About the role

  • Administrative Assistant for Genesis Group handling communications with warehouses for data collection and report generation. Ensuring efficient information flow and support in the agro-food safety sector.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact warehouses via email and WhatsApp to collect information;
  • Receive, organize, and validate data and information sent by warehouses;
  • Prepare reports and management-level consolidations based on the information received.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (complete)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (basic to intermediate level)
  • Currently enrolled in a university degree will be considered a plus.
