Sustainability Manager overseeing non-financial reporting and sustainability implementations for Fuchs Gruppe. Collaborates internationally to ensure compliance with CSRD and EU-Taxonomie standards.
Responsibilities
Implementation and maintenance of non-financial reporting in accordance with CSRD and the EU Taxonomy, including data collection and preparation from international subsidiaries
Support for the implementation of CSDDD requirements within the Fuchs Group and for capturing relevant data in the areas of sustainability and the supply chain
Support in the introduction of a management system for sustainability KPIs
Coordination and response to questionnaires and customer inquiries regarding sustainability and supply chain requirements
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in business administration, engineering, or a natural science
Professional experience in sustainability management with a focus on CSRD, EU Taxonomy and ideally CSDDD (e.g., as Sustainability Manager, Manager Sustainability, Sustainability Consultant, etc.)
Knowledge of relevant reporting standards (e.g., GRI, ESRS) and experience preparing data for sustainability reports
Experience in project management and international collaboration
Analytical thinking, structured and independent working style
Confident user of MS Office; ideally experience with reporting or data tools
Very good English skills, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
