About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner managing the full recruitment process and onboarding at FUCHS. Collaborating with hiring managers and developing effective sourcing strategies for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full talent acquisition process and end to end process of onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Build strong talent pipelines to satisfy our current as well as future hiring needs.
  • Maintain the HRIS/ATS and provide analytics, insights to make robust people and business decisions.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and background checks to ensure the right fit for both the role and the company.

Requirements

  • NQF Level 7 Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or similar.
  • 5 – 8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in manufacturing).
  • Experience in HR Dashboards, advanced MS Excel and in-depth reporting.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR Risk and Compliance, managing HRIS including HR Policies and procedures.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret recruitment data.
