Responsibilities
Manage the full talent acquisition process and end to end process of onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Build strong talent pipelines to satisfy our current as well as future hiring needs.
Maintain the HRIS/ATS and provide analytics, insights to make robust people and business decisions.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and background checks to ensure the right fit for both the role and the company.
Requirements
NQF Level 7 Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or similar.
5 – 8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in manufacturing).
Experience in HR Dashboards, advanced MS Excel and in-depth reporting.
Excellent knowledge of HR Risk and Compliance, managing HRIS including HR Policies and procedures.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret recruitment data.
