About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Coordinator supporting full-cycle recruiting for business professionals at Fenwick. Scheduling interviews, tracking candidates, and enhancing candidate experience in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Talent Team and managers in full-cycle recruiting process for business professional positions
  • Scheduling interviews and tracking candidate data
  • Supporting operational recruiting functions with candidate experience in mind
  • Enters and updates resume/applicant data and status to Workday
  • Maintains data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews and hires
  • Drafts job postings and monitors resumes/emails
  • Responds to information requests and schedules interviews
  • Gathers evaluation forms and compiles feedback
  • Coordinates travel arrangements for candidates and new hires
  • Initiates background checks and conducts reference checks
  • Prepares and sends out offer letters
  • Processes all business professional hires into Workday
  • Coordinates pre-onboarding tasks and distributes new hire goodies
  • Prepares and submits department expense reports and invoices
  • Assists with customization of Workday
  • Handles additional tasks and projects as requested

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional recruiting coordination & scheduling experience, preferably in a law firm environment
  • Proven track record of handling high-volume and ability prioritize workload
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Work effectively and with minimal supervision as an individual contributor and as a team member
  • Communicate clearly and effectively at various levels with internal and external clients
  • Professionalism, diplomacy, tact and calm in the face of conflict and pressure
  • Strong work ethic
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruiting database software (preferably Workday)
  • Bachelor's degree required
