Responsibilities
Supports the development and implementation of innovative strategies to attract, engage, and retain members of the Aflac sales force.
Manages the design and implementation of standardized recruiting practices and procedures.
Leads the development and execution of predictive, scalable, and metrics-driven recruitment campaigns to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
Monitors and analyzes recruitment metrics to evaluate program success and identifying areas for improvement relative to established goals.
Assesses sales force satisfaction to identify trends and opportunities for improved engagement and retention.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5 or more years of professional job-related work experience
Recruiting and or program management experience
Extensive knowledge of effective recruiting concepts, principles, and methods
Strong project management skills
