About the role

  • Recruitment Assistant identifying, attracting, and selecting talents for client needs. Responsible for aligning profiles, conducting interviews, and managing candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Align candidate profiles with client requirements;
  • Post job openings on multiple recruitment platforms;
  • Active sourcing (hunting);
  • Screen resumes;
  • Direct contact with candidates;
  • Conduct competency-based interviews;
  • Assist managers in interviews;
  • Provide consultative support to the client;
  • Present final offers to candidates;
  • Provide feedback to candidates on selection processes;
  • Other duties relevant to the role.

Requirements

  • Higher education in progress or completed;
  • Experience in recruitment and selection preferred;
  • Availability to work on-site at the client's location once a week;
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
