Responsibilities
Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements
Schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates using our ATS System
Process candidate documentation, conduct reference checks, and support background screening processes
Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health
Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in partnership with Core HR
Support onboarding coordination to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Support job posting processes across multiple platforms and job boards
Requirements
HR Degree or Degree from a relevant discipline
Experience working in a Human Resource Department preferably in the recruitment division
Relevant knowledge of employment legislation
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent professional judgment and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines in a multi-tasking and fast paced environment
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Experience using HR Systems and maintaining databases
