About the role

  • Customer Service Representative providing exceptional service to customers. Handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and updating information in the system.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Process orders and returns
  • Update customer information in the system
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer complaints and issues
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer service goals and objectives are met

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in English or any related field.
  • English proficiency at C1/C2
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in relevant computer software and tools
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
