About the role

  • Associate responsible for digital sales and lead generation via online channels. Engaging with customers to drive sales and develop relationships through various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation: Identification and qualification of new sales leads across various digital channels such as social media, email campaigns, online advertising, SEO, and inbound marketing.
  • Sales outreach: Contacting potential customers via email, chat, social media, and phone. Using CRM tools to manage communications and track progress.
  • Customer engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing customers through timely follow-up, clear communication, and a personalized sales approach.
  • Product presentations: Conducting online demos, presentations, and consultations to demonstrate the value of our products and services.
  • Sales negotiation: Leading negotiations, closing deals, and meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaboration with marketing: Working closely with the marketing team to align strategies, optimize digital campaigns, and leverage content for customer acquisition and retention.
  • CRM management: Maintaining organized records of leads, contacts, and sales opportunities in the company’s CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Customer feedback: Collecting customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improve the experience.
  • Reporting & analysis: Monitoring sales performance and relevant metrics such as conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI). Regularly reporting results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least [2-3 years] of experience in digital sales, online marketing, or a related area, with a proven track record in online sales.
  • Experience using digital sales tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing software, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers online.
  • Strong negotiation and closing techniques. Ability to manage the sales cycle from lead management to after-sales, and experience selling SaaS or digital products.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to optimize sales outcomes.
  • Confident use of software tools, online platforms, and virtual selling techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets in a digital or remote work environment.
