About the role
- Administrator managing capacity and allocation of consultants for Professional Services organization. Streamlining resource requests and optimizing consultant utilization for project demands.
Responsibilities
- Manage capacity and allocate consultants to projects.
- Respond quickly to new resource requests from internal customers and keep statuses updated in PSA.
- Achieve fast resolution by identifying and scheduling the right resource using the skills database.
- Work closely with management stakeholders to assign consultants to projects.
- Stay aligned with Business Leads and monitor scope changes.
- Collect and update new project plans from Project Managers as needed.
- Help the team achieve utilization goals by ensuring resources are fully engaged.
- Track, monitor, and optimize utilization across the consultant community.
- Work cross-functionally with peers to support resource requests.
- Partner with managers to support career progression for consultants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–6 years of experience in Consulting, Project Management, or ideally Workforce Management.
- Fluent in English; Polish or Swedish as a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel);
- Experience with Certinia PS Cloud is an advantage.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy with data and ability to learn quickly.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Understand business priorities and make sound decisions.
- Solid grasp of consulting fundamentals in a software environment.
