About the role

  • Assistente de Operações assisting in operational tasks at Daycoval Seguros, ensuring efficiency and documentation of processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operational tasks, preparation of documents and spreadsheets.
  • Support Operational Process Management: help execute the company's operational routines, monitor production, and manage other area-specific processes. Ensure processes follow company standards and are completed within established deadlines.
  • Assist in generating daily, weekly, or monthly reports received by email from brokers and policyholders.
  • Help address specific requests from areas such as registering bank details, beneficiary registration, sending consolidated invoices, payment statements for advisory services, etc.
  • Organize and maintain operational documentation and records, ensuring processes are well documented and information is available when needed, registered in the ECM and followed up as required.
  • Ensure requests are delivered within SLA and corporate mailboxes are properly organized.
  • Budget control and management.

Requirements

  • Higher education in progress or completed.
  • Administrative experience in Back Office or Operations.
  • Intermediate Excel.
