About the role

  • Lead a team of 6–8 sales reps responsible for managing existing customer relationships and generating net-new business
  • Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to drive predictable revenue growth, coach high-performing reps, and establish operational excellence
  • Lead weekly team meetings and individual 1:1s to drive clarity, alignment, and accountability
  • Implement and continuously refine a repeatable pipeline generation playbook, including account targeting, outbound messaging, and execution
  • Coach reps on Mid-Market to Enterprise sales motions using MEDDPICC and consultative frameworks
  • Build and execute gap plans to ensure team quota attainment and individual rep success
  • Manage hiring and onboarding of new sales reps, helping scale team impact and culture
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Channel teams to align efforts and drive results

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Sales Leadership experience, with a focus on Mid-Market to Enterprise segments
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota as both an IC and manager
  • Demonstrated success creating pipeline processes, whitespace strategies, and hunting into an existing customer base
  • Proven ability to lead with data, build strong team culture, and coach for both performance and engagement
