About the role

  • Inbound Sales Manager handling inbound leads within a digital property management environment in Germany. Qualifying leads, closing standard mandates, and collaborating strategically with sales executives.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound qualification: Processing new inquiries
  • Standard closings: Conducting advisory consultations to actively close standard contracts
  • Handover of complex leads: Accurately distinguishing between standard and complex cases
  • Scheduling for key accounts: Booking qualified appointments
  • CRM & Workflows: Building highly efficient qualification workflows in HubSpot

Requirements

  • 2–4 years' experience in property management
  • Solid process knowledge in WEG (condominium association management) / rental management and ideally commercial property management
  • Confident with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
  • Experienced in digital communication (Teams, Slack, Zoom)
