About the role

  • Sales Manager positioning Jägermeister in the gastronomy sector. Building customer relationships and managing sales activities in the Dortmund and Hochsauerland region.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and build stable, trust-based relationships with customers in the gastronomy (on-trade) sector and beverage wholesale
  • Delight customers and acquire new accounts
  • Manage the sales territory with an entrepreneurial mindset, with operational and budgetary responsibility
  • Conduct market analyses and pursue new customer acquisition
  • Maintain on-site presence with customers and deliver training sessions
  • Participate in projects and workshops

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business/economics — or a comparable industry-relevant qualification
  • Experience in sales, promotions, or event management, ideally in alcoholic beverages, spirits, or FMCG
  • Knowledge of relevant gastronomy/on-trade channels and strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently, a confident presence, and a proactive/decisive approach
  • MS Office (particularly Excel & PowerPoint) and CRM system Salesforce
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
