Responsibilities
Maintain and build stable, trust-based relationships with customers in the gastronomy (on-trade) sector and beverage wholesale
Delight customers and acquire new accounts
Manage the sales territory with an entrepreneurial mindset, with operational and budgetary responsibility
Conduct market analyses and pursue new customer acquisition
Maintain on-site presence with customers and deliver training sessions
Participate in projects and workshops
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business/economics — or a comparable industry-relevant qualification
Experience in sales, promotions, or event management, ideally in alcoholic beverages, spirits, or FMCG
Knowledge of relevant gastronomy/on-trade channels and strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, a confident presence, and a proactive/decisive approach
MS Office (particularly Excel & PowerPoint) and CRM system Salesforce
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
