About the role

  • Responsable du développement commercial pour formation médico-administrative. Lancement et déploiement de la formation SAMA en collaboration avec les acteurs de la santé à Pertuis.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the business development strategy for the training across the region.
  • Prospect, develop and retain a network of partners in the medical and medico-social sectors (medical practices, clinics, healthcare facilities, medico-social organizations).
  • Support candidates with career guidance and in finding suitable host organizations for their placements.
  • Participate in the selection of learners in coordination with the teaching team.
  • Execute communication and promotional activities (events, trade shows, local initiatives, partnerships).
  • Monitor and ensure the satisfaction of partner organizations.
  • Actively contribute to the visibility and positioning of the SAMA training program within the territory.

Requirements

  • Degree or significant experience in medical, paramedical or medical-administrative fields (medical secretarial work, medical assistance, care coordination, administrative management in healthcare, etc.).
  • Experience in business development, partnerships or corporate relations, ideally within a medical environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
  • Autonomy, organisational skills, initiative and a strong service orientation.
  • Strong interest in training, knowledge transfer and project development.
