About the role

  • Global Brand Manager at Ford Racing, leading brand strategies and partnerships for growth. Requires hybrid presence in Allen Park, MI, with extensive marketing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner cross-functionally and with key external partners to manage the Ford Racing brand.
  • Serve as a thought partner to leadership and key stakeholders, managing key brand strategies and partnerships to promote growth and awareness of the Ford Racing brand.
  • Prioritize proper brand implementation & hold all internal and external partners accountable.
  • Implement and manage brand strategies that promote Ford Racing brand growth and expansion, while aligning to strategic priorities of the business.
  • Develop and implement Production and Competition Brand on Vehicle strategy.
  • Implement and manage Ford Racing branding within Experiences/GTM settings.
  • Own the Ford Racing point of view on matters related to the brand identity within Ford Motor Company.
  • Support naming/nomenclature strategy and associated Trademark clearances, and address trademark violations for Ford Racing.
  • Exhibit a creative mindset to view Ford Racing through the eyes of the consumer.
  • Manage the Ford Racing brand implementation in lifestyle and merchandise offerings, in cooperation with Global Licensing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience in the field of marketing, brand or strategy and a minimum of 2+ years of brand management experience.
  • Travel will be required.
  • Practical knowledge in brand identity.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Global Brand & Enthusiast experience is a plus.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Innovative thinking and ability to think strategically.
  • Passion for Ford Racing and what it represents to the company.
