HR Service Centre Coordinator facilitating employee transactions throughout their lifecycle at Fitch Group. Ensuring accurate resolutions within service level agreements while supporting HR services strategy.
Responsibilities
Execute people transactions across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting/onboarding through to off-boarding
Be accountable and proactive, ensuring all queries and tasks are resolved accurately and within Service Level Agreement (SLA), escalating where appropriate to the Team Leader.
Build a strong knowledge repository of processes
Participate in delivering and executing HR Services Strategy
Requirements
Experience of working within a fast-paced HR Operations/HR Service Centre environment
Strong understanding of local legal requirements in your specific region e.g. I9 checks, data privacy requirements
Experience of managing HR processes in a matrix /complex organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to monitor volumes, escalate concerns and identify process improvements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, An ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
Meticulous attention to detail, with strong ownership at work
