About the role

  • HR Service Centre Coordinator facilitating employee transactions throughout their lifecycle at Fitch Group. Ensuring accurate resolutions within service level agreements while supporting HR services strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Execute people transactions across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting/onboarding through to off-boarding
  • Be accountable and proactive, ensuring all queries and tasks are resolved accurately and within Service Level Agreement (SLA), escalating where appropriate to the Team Leader.
  • Build a strong knowledge repository of processes
  • Participate in delivering and executing HR Services Strategy

Requirements

  • Experience of working within a fast-paced HR Operations/HR Service Centre environment
  • Strong understanding of local legal requirements in your specific region e.g. I9 checks, data privacy requirements
  • Experience of managing HR processes in a matrix /complex organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to monitor volumes, escalate concerns and identify process improvements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, An ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with strong ownership at work
