Responsibilities
Develop sales plans and central initiatives to protect, grow and diversify relationships with targeted customers
Actively participate in the buildout of contractor offerings to support increased adoption and sales of commercial & ductless products
Supervise customer behavior, competitor activity, and broader industry trends to recommend product solutions that align to customer needs
Support face-to-face and remote sales in partnership with the Sales team
Coordinate vendor-led training sessions and deliver in-depth product training and demonstrations to internal teams and customers
Collaborate with Sales to align commercial & ductless products strategy with field sales execution
Partner with the quotations team to ensure accurate and timely proposals
Manage inventory and uphold pricing discipline to maximize profitability
Drive over-market growth within brands available through proactive engagement and strategic selling tactics
Collaborate with TSA team to improve market efficiency and cross-functional collaboration
Support the registration and billing process for technical training, certification, and education opportunities
Requirements
Proven experience in HVAC, technical sales, product support or related field
Solid understanding of commercial & ductless systems
