Responsibilities
Lead development of league, department, and category targets aligned to the Long-Range Plan (LRP).
Translate high-level financial and fan demand targets into actionable lifecycle plans.
Partner with GMM, DMMs, Finance, and Fanatics Brands to align assortment breadth, depth, productivity, and product vision.
Manage in-season demand forecasting, open-to-buy management, and pricing decisions.
Create and manage 1P and 3P vendor plans across key partners.
Facilitate alignment meetings with stakeholders to review, adjust, and secure leadership approvals.
Drive vendor accountability to seasonal milestones and productivity commitments.
Own and run the seasonal milestone calendar, ensuring on-time delivery of key plans and deadlines.
Partner with Finance to achieve in-season and long-term margin, productivity, and inventory health goals.
Manage OTB: track and reconcile planning targets vs. actuals for sales, GM%, and inventory turn.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in merchandise planning, financial planning, or assortment strategy within retail, licensing, or consumer products.
Proven experience owning end-to-end seasonal planning calendars, ideally across multi-league or multi-brand environments.
Strong analytical and financial acumen with deep expertise in sales, margin, inventory, and productivity metrics.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership; able to influence senior leaders and external partners.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, deadline-driven environment.
Advanced Excel/Oracle skills; experience with enterprise planning systems preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.
