Highlighting the benefits of Teknion’s public sector contracts with dealer partners and regional sales throughout the US.
Exceed public sector sales targets.
Lead and develop Regional Public Sector Sales Managers.
Contribute to the strategic direction and performance evaluations of the Regional Public Sector Sales team.
Actively engage in strategic sales initiatives and high-value opportunities.
Support the development of public sector sales budgets and resource allocation.
Orchestrate collaborative sales efforts across Teknion's various departments.
Optimize distribution channels for the public sector market.
Identify and establish new public sector partnerships and dealerships.
Contribute to long-term sales planning, including forecasting personnel needs and market expansion.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all sales forecasts.

Foster professional and collaborative relationships with Teknion's operations teams.

Requirements
BS Degree or equivalent.
Minimum of five years’ experience selling office furniture systems with a focus on the public sector with a proven track record of success and growth.
Experience managing a professional consultative sales organization.
Ability to work independently and achieve results.
Strong public sector acumen.
Strategic leader with the ability to communicate the programs vision throughout the organization.
Exceptional sales and business development skills.
