Responsibilities
You create instructional concepts as well as training and presentation materials for, e.g., personnel development seminars
You will have the opportunity to take an active moderating role in seminars

Requirements
You are currently enrolled in a degree program in business or social sciences (preferably with a focus on HR or organization), psychology, education (focus on adult education), or a comparable field
You are characterized by a confident presence in front of larger groups, a conscientious work style, and a structured, independent way of working
Your strengths are teamwork and communication skills
You have good to very good English skills
Your knowledge of MS standard software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) is very good
Willingness to travel is not a problem for you (a car driving licence is desirable)
