About the role

  • Internship in Human Resources at Daimler Buses, focusing on training and organizational development. A chance to learn and contribute from day one in a global team.

Responsibilities

  • You create instructional concepts as well as training and presentation materials for, e.g., personnel development seminars
  • You will have the opportunity to take an active moderating role in seminars
  • You will gain broad knowledge of the theoretical concepts that guide our work and can contribute your own conceptual ideas
  • You will get to know applied transformation/change management and strategy consulting, thereby gaining insight into the work of an internal consulting function
  • You will contribute to concepts for employer attractiveness, employee retention, and talent management
  • You will have the opportunity to design and moderate team development days
  • You design, organize, and lead the monthly interns’ jour fixe (regular interns’ meeting)

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in business or social sciences (preferably with a focus on HR or organization), psychology, education (focus on adult education), or a comparable field
  • You are characterized by a confident presence in front of larger groups, a conscientious work style, and a structured, independent way of working
  • Your strengths are teamwork and communication skills
  • You have good to very good English skills
  • Your knowledge of MS standard software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) is very good
  • Willingness to travel is not a problem for you (a car driving licence is desirable)
