Responsibilities
You create instructional concepts as well as training and presentation materials for, e.g., personnel development seminars
You will have the opportunity to take an active moderating role in seminars
You will gain broad knowledge of the theoretical concepts that guide our work and can contribute your own conceptual ideas
You will get to know applied transformation/change management and strategy consulting, thereby gaining insight into the work of an internal consulting function
You will contribute to concepts for employer attractiveness, employee retention, and talent management
You will have the opportunity to design and moderate team development days
You design, organize, and lead the monthly interns’ jour fixe (regular interns’ meeting)
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in a degree program in business or social sciences (preferably with a focus on HR or organization), psychology, education (focus on adult education), or a comparable field
You are characterized by a confident presence in front of larger groups, a conscientious work style, and a structured, independent way of working
Your strengths are teamwork and communication skills
You have good to very good English skills
Your knowledge of MS standard software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) is very good
Willingness to travel is not a problem for you (a car driving licence is desirable)
