About the role

  • CRM Marketing Specialist executing batch email and SMS campaigns to enhance customer engagement for evo's retail brand. Collaborating with teams to improve lifecycle marketing strategies while supporting community and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy batch email and SMS campaigns using templates, creative plugins, and dynamic content blocks.
  • Support a smooth, repeatable campaign build process - helping to streamline production and reduce manual lift.
  • Maintain the email calendar to ensure consistent messaging across categories, seasons, and customer cohorts.
  • Work closely with the CRM and Creative teams to traffic assets, manage timelines, and ensure campaigns are built and launched accurately.
  • Collaborate with CRM Manager & Brand Managers to inform email deliverables and ensure timely creative reviews.
  • Assist with segmentation and versioning based on targeting logic and audience cohorts.
  • Apply basic personalization and dynamic content to support loyalty messaging and ecosystem awareness.
  • Help maintain segmentation accuracy and file health across campaigns.
  • Execute QA processes to ensure content accuracy, segmentation integrity, and rendering across devices and email clients.
  • Help ensure all communications meet evo’s standards for: ADA compliance, Mobile-first readability, Responsive layout, Brand voice and design consistency.
  • Set up A/B tests across subject lines, send timing, and creative layouts.
  • Monitor campaign performance and help compile reports on key metrics.
  • Share observations and learnings with the CRM team to support ongoing optimization.

Requirements

  • Must be located in WA,CA,OR,UT, CO and/or Canada
  • 2-3 years of experience in CRM, email/SMS marketing, or digital marketing - ideally in ecommerce, retail, or a consumer brand.
  • Hands-on experience with an email service provider (ESP), including template editing and campaign deployment.
  • Familiarity with collaborative design tools (e.g., Figma) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of segmentation, personalization, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail - especially in QA, copy accuracy, and template consistency.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams.
  • Nice to have: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for troubleshooting email templates.
