About the role
- PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant role focused on technical development and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications. Engaging in enterprise-wide projects across multiple HR functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications and technical components.
- Work on enterprise-wide PeopleSoft projects involving Core HR, NA Payroll, Base Benefits, and Time & Labor.
- Develop, enhance, and support integrations with third-party systems using Integration Broker (IB) and Web Services.
- Perform custom development using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, SQR, COBOL SQL.
- Implement and support Approval Workflow Engine (AWE), Fluid UI, Work Centers, Activity Guides, and Pivot Grids.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
