Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new commercial and municipal customers
  • Conduct site walks and evaluate pavement conditions
  • Prepare estimates and proposals
  • Present pricing and close new business
  • Follow up on open quotes and leads
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Measure job sites and assess scope of work
  • Price services accurately with margin awareness
  • Communicate job details clearly to operations
  • Support smooth handoff from sale to execution
  • Represent Everline professionally in the field
  • Track sales activity and pipeline
  • Identify repeat business and upsell opportunities
  • Learn job costing, margins, and basic business financials
  • Gain exposure to operations, scheduling, and vendors
  • Take on expanded responsibility as performance grows

Requirements

  • 0–5 years of experience in sales, estimating, construction, or a field-based role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in the field
  • Organized, reliable, and coachable
  • Competitive mindset with interest in long-term growth
  • Preferred but not required: Asphalt, paving, construction, or facilities services experience
  • Estimating or quoting experience
  • CRM or sales tracking experience
