Requirements
0–5 years of experience in sales, estimating, construction, or a field-based role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently and in the field
Organized, reliable, and coachable
Competitive mindset with interest in long-term growth
Preferred but not required: Asphalt, paving, construction, or facilities services experience
