About the role

  • Payroll Officer managing payroll for Eurostar's employees by ensuring compliance and accuracy. Involves data management and collaboration with HR and finance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and compliant payroll management for the company's employees
  • Collect, prepare, calculate and verify payslips
  • Track absences, leave, overtime, and other variable payroll elements
  • Process social and tax declarations (URSSAF, DSN, etc.) within required deadlines
  • Monitor and process third‑party garnishment orders (saisie à tiers détenteur)
  • Apply and comply with legal and collective agreement rules (Labour Code, collective bargaining agreements, internal agreements)
  • Update employee payroll records (changes of address or bank details, promotions, etc.)
  • Respond to employees' questions regarding their pay and social entitlements

Requirements

  • Ability to analyze and verify complex data with a very high level of accuracy and rigor
  • Advanced proficiency with office software, particularly Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and a strong sense of confidentiality
  • Team player with the ability to adapt to regulatory and technological changes
  • English at an intermediate level (equivalent to B1)
