About the role

  • Payroll Specialist managing administrative personnel tasks and monthly payroll responsibilities at DATAGROUP. Engaging in a dynamic role in an innovative IT service company in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • You will handle administrative, HR-related tasks from onboarding to offboarding, such as preparing employment contract documents and certificates.
  • You are responsible for carrying out all preparatory tasks for the monthly payroll for a defined portfolio in SAP HCM and maintaining close cooperation with our external payroll service.
  • You are the first point of contact for employees on questions relating to labor law, social security and tax law.
  • Managing time recording (including time corrections, working hours and absences) is part of your responsibilities, as is capturing, maintaining and managing employee master data in SAP HCM.
  • You take care of preparing and documenting HR-related reports and analyses.
  • You will be our expert for advising on and supporting special topics such as company pension schemes.
  • You have the option to perform your future duties either full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week).

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training as an HR specialist, HR services specialist or have a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on personnel.
  • You have already gained professional experience in preparatory payroll and are familiar with general HR administration.
  • You bring good knowledge of tax and social security law.
  • You have a confident command of MS Office and can demonstrate good knowledge of SAP HCM.
  • You stand for service orientation, social competence and teamwork and communication skills.
  • Your careful, independent and structured working style rounds off your profile.
