Responsibilities
Handling administrative, personnel-related tasks from onboarding to offboarding
Preparing employment-related documents and certificates
Performing all preparatory activities for monthly payroll in SAP HCM
Close collaboration with an external payroll service
Point of contact for labor law, social insurance and tax-related inquiries
Managing the timekeeping system, including time corrections, working hours and absences
Recording, maintaining and managing employee master data in SAP HCM
Preparing and documenting HR-related reports and analyses
Supporting and advising on special topics such as company pension schemes
Requirements
Completed training as an HR specialist (Personalfachkauffrau), personnel services clerk (Personaldienstleistungskauffrau) or a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on HR
Professional experience in preparatory payroll and general HR administration
Good knowledge of tax and social insurance law
Proficient user of MS Office
Good knowledge of SAP HCM
