Responsibilities
Lead the global sales capability approach, translating commercial priorities into programmes that improve speed to productivity and sales performance
Define and manage a global sales curriculum aligned to growth strategy, ensuring consistent execution, clear standards and measurable impact on sales outcomes.
Design and lead global sales onboarding to reduce ramp time and accelerate time to first deal and quota contribution.
Drive targeted upskilling for priority roles and segments, addressing performance gaps and enable growth.
Enable sales managers to coach for performance, embedding behaviours that pipeline quality and team productivity.
Measure sales capability effectiveness, linking learning activity to commercial KPIs including ramp time, quota attainment, win rates and pipeline progression.
Evolve the sales capability and upskilling approach using performance data, market shifts and product strategy to maintain relevance and impact.
Partner with global teams to align capability initiatives with launches, go to market strategy and growth initiatives.
Lead development and training components for global sales events aligning with commercial priorities.
Requirements
Deep expertise in global sales training and enablement with strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
Proven ability to design and deliver engaging learning programmes using instructional design principles.
Strong facilitation and communication skills across virtual and in-person environments.
Data-driven approach with confidence in measuring training impact and ROI.
Proficiency in LMS and sales enablement platforms; openness to innovative learning technologies.
Excellent project management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
