Through a series of rotational assignments, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer-facing roles, inside sales, product management, and strategic business operations.
From Day 1, you’ll receive intensive training and mentoring.
Support our customers directly. Answer product questions, process orders, resolve issues, and learn the technical side of our signage products.
Manage an assigned customer segment, generate and qualify leads, and help retain accounts using our CRM tools.
Conduct market research on customer needs, assist with new product development and launch plans.
Support cross-functional initiatives that improve customer experience and conduct strategic projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (strong academic performance).
0–3 years of experience; internships or co-ops in sales, marketing, or technical fields are a plus.
Technical aptitude: ability to learn product specifications and solve technical challenges.
Communication skills: clear verbal and written communication; comfortable engaging with customers and teams.
Problem-solving mindset: resourceful, curious, and determined to find solutions.
Leadership potential: self-starter who sets and meets goals; history of leading projects or teams (student orgs, clubs, etc.) is highly valued.
