Responsibilities
You contribute to strategic HR initiatives, take ownership of project work packages, and bring structure to processes.
You develop and implement tools, formats, and concepts for managers and employees.
You support internal communication, trainings, and workshops.
You assist with projects, events, and operational topics related to our early-career talent.
You optimize HR processes, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth team operations.
Requirements
You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a comparable degree program.
Your studies require you to complete a practical semester, and you are highly motivated to support our team full-time for 5–6 months as part of a mandatory internship.
You have already gained initial practical experience in HR.
You have very good MS Office skills, especially Outlook, MS Teams, and Excel, and experience using AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills (good German language skills).
You work independently, take responsibility, and are highly organized.
You have a quick grasp of new topics and analytical thinking skills.
You have attention to detail, high reliability, and act proactively.
