Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of enterprise publisher and platform accounts across ad serving, SSP, DSP, and curation.
Serve as the primary point of contact, owning all strategic and operational communication.
Analyze performance, revenue trends, and technical signals to deliver clear, actionable insights.
Lead onboarding and ensure timely, high-quality activation of new integrations or product features.
Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and forward-looking recommendations.
Identify opportunities to expand usage, drive adoption, and introduce new products or capabilities.
Coordinate with Supply/Demand Sales, Product, TechOps, and Analytics to address issues and unlock new value.
Manage escalations with clarity and urgency, ensuring strong client satisfaction and continuity.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of client services experience (various levels available, i.e., mid-senior)
Hands-on experience working within an Ad serving, SPP or other programmatic platforms.
Analytically focused and ability to make key decisions based on data.
Love to develop and foster relationships and enjoy interpersonal interactions.
An ability to manage high volume client requests in an effective way.
