About the role

  • Creative Account Manager at TAYB guiding client relationships and delivering creative excellence in Saudi Arabia. Collaborating with teams to achieve strategic business objectives and ensuring high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary senior point of contact for key client accounts, mainly across Saudi Arabia
  • Build trusted, long-term partnerships — advising, challenging, and guiding clients as a strategic partner, not a vendor
  • Lead client conversations around strategy, performance, market context, and creative direction
  • Own client satisfaction, scope clarity, timelines, and commercial alignment
  • Translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable, creative and production briefs
  • Champion the work from idea → execution → impact
  • Act as a brand custodian for both TAYB and its clients — protecting quality, consistency, and long-term value
  • Guide creative direction across motion, visual storytelling, tone, pacing, and narrative — without needing to execute yourself
  • Ensure work meets a high creative bar, not just delivery deadlines
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with confidence — maintaining momentum and clarity for teams
  • Anticipate risks, resolve blockers, and adapt plans without drama
  • Lead, mentor, and elevate creative and account team members
  • Set expectations, give constructive feedback, and help people grow
  • Foster a culture of ownership, ambition, and pride in the work
  • Push for work that wins — not just ships

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning and growing senior client relationships end-to-end
  • Strong background in creative, marketing, or digital agencies
  • Solid commercial and business acumen — you understand value, not just output
  • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities shift regularly
  • Confidence operating in agile, cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of creative craft — motion, visual storytelling, narrative, and production quality
  • Comfortable discussing market trends, user behaviour, data, and performance
  • Strong taste, clarity of judgment, and ability to guide quality without micromanaging
  • Natural authority — you earn trust through clarity, decisiveness, and credibility
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Able to challenge constructively and negotiate when needed
  • Strong experience with workflow and project management tools
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Based in Saudi Arabia, comfortable working closely with regional clients and remotely with the rest of the 9H Team.
