About the role

  • Customer Account Management Specialist for Boeing handling collections and supplier accounts. Collaborating across teams to minimize risks and resolve issues at various locations.

Responsibilities

  • Primary contact for assigned BCA supplier accounts responsible for collections processes
  • Develop and implement specific supplier account strategies
  • Identify & manage high risk customers with business risk and collection strategy
  • Lead and support negotiations to resolve customer account receivable issues
  • Provide technical and operational guidance to peers and management

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service role
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLookups, pivot tables)
  • 1+ years of experience on a cross-functional team
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing, interpreting, preparing, and reconciling financial information (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment (preferred)
