About the role

  • Vice President of Revenue Operations leading sales operations for Epidemic Sound, optimizing sales processes and enhancing productivity for revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales goals and targets
  • Conduct sales forecasting and develop annual sales quotas
  • Streamline sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Implement best practices for sales automation and CRM utilization
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure sales performance

  • Work closely with finance, marketing, and operations teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales operations
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales operations team
