Responsibilities
Leadership responsibility: You will assume both functional and disciplinary leadership of the HR Services team.
Contribution to excellent HR service: You ensure efficient, service-oriented HR administration, e.g., for onboarding and offboarding, contract management, reference letters, and master data maintenance.
Role in standardization: You are responsible for harmonizing HR administration across multiple legal entities and locations.
Responsibility in the payroll area: You coordinate preparatory payroll activities in close cooperation with internal and external partners.
Focus on continuous improvement: You drive the ongoing optimization and development of HR processes and systems, particularly with regard to digitalization and automation.
Data & reporting competence: You create HR dashboards, reports, analyses, and relevant KPIs to support decision-making.
Responsibility for compliance: You ensure compliance with labor law, social security, and data protection requirements.
Collaboration within HR: You work closely with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and Payroll.
Point of contact: You serve as a central contact for employees and managers on all HR-services-related matters.
Requirements
Educational background: You have a degree in business administration, human resources, or a comparable qualification.
HR expertise: You bring several years of professional experience in HR Services / HR Operations.
Leadership experience: You have initial or several years of leadership experience in a matrix organization, ideally in an international environment.
Labor law knowledge: You have very good knowledge of labor and social security law.
System affinity: You have experience working with HR systems such as SAP HCM or SuccessFactors.
Way of working: You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and service-oriented manner.
Communication skills: You convince through strong communication and leadership skills.
Language skills: You have very good German and English skills.
