About the role

  • HR Generalist responsible for HR Shared Services supporting global employees at Saviynt. Specializing in EMEA processes and compliance with a high service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of the HR Shared Services team, delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR operational support to employees and managers globally.
  • Ensure standardized, scalable, and compliant HR processes across regions.
  • Provide consistent guidance aligned with company policies and regional employment laws.
  • Independently process EMEA lifecycle transactions including promotions, transfers, compensation changes, leave administration, and organizational changes.
  • Ensure transactions are compliant with country-specific employment regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with local labor laws and GDPR requirements.
  • Provide guidance to managers regarding probation periods, working time regulations, statutory leave, and other regional practices.
  • Manage EMEA resignation and termination processes in compliance with country-specific notice periods, statutory requirements, and final settlement obligations.
  • Coordinate final pay calculations, accrued leave payouts, benefits termination, and required documentation.
  • Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate final settlements.
  • Conduct and document exit processes, ensuring compliance and system access removal.
  • Own the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HRIS for Global populations.
  • Process and audit employee data changes across regions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports supporting global HR operations, Finance, and leadership.
  • Identify trends or data discrepancies and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across regions.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees via Slack and ticketing systems regarding payroll, benefits, policies, and lifecycle changes across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inquiries and resolutions within the HR ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex regulatory or cross-border matters as appropriate.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation across regions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a global organization.
  • Direct, hands-on experience managing:
  • EMEA new hire onboarding
  • EMEA employee lifecycle transactions
  • EMEA labor laws and employment regulations
  • EMEA resignation and termination processes
  • Experience working with multi-country payroll vendors.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and regional data privacy requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across time zones.
  • Hands on Working in HRIS
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and independent judgment.
