Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of Ormco’s activities in Northwest France (Arras / Rouen — departments 62, 80 and 76).
Identify growth opportunities and expand sales with our customers while maintaining strong relationships.
Grow your territory by finding creative solutions to penetrate the market and generate additional leads (tenders, direct contacts, prospecting calls, leads, field prospecting, etc.).
Regularly visit assigned customers to promote products and collect their feedback on the company’s products and services.
Build lasting relationships and drive revenue growth within your territory.
Analyze and report customer complaints and recommend corrective actions to the Regional Sales Director.
Prepare periodic reports, including: weekly visit and call reports, monthly expense reports, and periodic general reports.
Requirements
Two-year post-secondary degree (Bac+2) or higher in business/sales.
Minimum 3 years' experience in sales.
Previous experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Strategic vision for business development and ability to provide product training to customers.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and to work autonomously.
Experience working in an international environment.
Native French speaker with strong command of English.
