About the role

Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning and implementation of sales targets across all divisions (electricity, gas, water, heating, mobility)
  • Responsibility for the entire sales budget and for achieving revenue and profit targets
  • Leadership and continuous development of the sales team
  • Identification and development of new market and product opportunities, particularly in the areas of renewable energy, e-mobility and IoT solutions
  • Introduction, optimization and digitization of sales processes, tools and KPIs
  • Definition and implementation of end-to-end processes within the sales function
  • Regular reporting to divisional management

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, economics or engineering, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in strategic and operational sales management, ideally in the energy or utilities sector
  • Several years of leadership experience and strong leadership skills
  • Confident use of CRM and sales tools
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High customer orientation, team spirit and self-initiative
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally
