About the role

  • Sales Executive for TECHUB managing private sector accounts. Engaging with clients to enhance network infrastructure solutions and drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in sales to the private sector
  • Conduct active visits to customers in the installed base
  • Execute cross-sell and up-sell activities within an active account portfolio
  • Focus on generating and closing opportunities in the sales pipeline
  • Experience using a sales CRM
  • Work together with Services and Customer Experience (CX) teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors/manufacturers
  • Present solutions to issues raised by customers: identify needs and offer the most appropriate products within the company portfolio
  • Anticipate customer demand to stay ahead of the competition
  • Monitor the internal sales process, including the pipeline
  • Support the execution of commercial activities when operationally required

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of products/technologies used in network infrastructure projects (Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, etc.) and data solutions
  • Proficiency using a CRM and managing the full sales funnel
  • Knowledge of the retail, healthcare, and/or education markets
