Responsibilities
Over 6 months you will train together with other trainee customer service representatives (m/f/d) to ensure safety, cleanliness, passenger information and approachability on board our trains
Training begins with an extensive theoretical phase covering the basics of public transport (local and regional rail), railway operations, technical topics, fare systems and much more
The program concludes with practical training on our trains
Successful completion of the qualification, following a selection process, marks the start of your employment with us as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)
Requirements
You are of legal age, currently not employed and looking for a position with long-term prospects
Career changers from gastronomy, hospitality, retail or similar fields are very welcome, as are university graduates or individuals without formal qualifications but with personal drive
Your German is at least good (B2 level or higher)
The training can be completed full-time
You appreciate the advantages of shift work, including weekends and public holidays
