About the role

  • Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) bei eurobahn zur Verkehrswende gesucht. Quereinsteiger ohne Berufserfahrung willkommen in Vollzeit.

Responsibilities

  • Over 6 months you will train together with other trainee customer service representatives (m/f/d) to ensure safety, cleanliness, passenger information and approachability on board our trains
  • Training begins with an extensive theoretical phase covering the basics of public transport (local and regional rail), railway operations, technical topics, fare systems and much more
  • The program concludes with practical training on our trains
  • Successful completion of the qualification, following a selection process, marks the start of your employment with us as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Requirements

  • You are of legal age, currently not employed and looking for a position with long-term prospects
  • Career changers from gastronomy, hospitality, retail or similar fields are very welcome, as are university graduates or individuals without formal qualifications but with personal drive
  • Your German is at least good (B2 level or higher)
  • The training can be completed full-time
  • You appreciate the advantages of shift work, including weekends and public holidays
