Responsibilities
Identifying and acquiring new clients
Independently managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing
Conducting sales negotiations and presentations, including proposal preparation
Selling services and software products related to our ECM/EIM portfolio
Continuously developing and expanding customer relationships through relationship management
Analyzing trends and customer needs to optimize the sales strategy
Developing and implementing tailored sales strategies for defined target markets and industries
Participating in industry events, trade shows, or webinars to increase brand presence and generate leads
Identifying cross- and up-selling opportunities after contract conclusion
Closely collaborating with adjacent departments such as PMO and Consulting
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration, an IT-related degree, or commercial vocational training
Several years of experience in sales or a sales-related role for software solutions and/or business applications
Experience and know-how in digitization and automation of business processes as well as IT-strategic topics
Confident, professional manner in customer meetings and technical competence in IT solution sales
Analytical and structured working style with strong communication skills
Goal-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
Assertiveness and proven closing strength
Customer-focused and entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
Ideally, existing knowledge of industries such as social services, local government/public sector, or energy and utilities
