About the role

  • Sales Consultant managing the complete sales process from client acquisition to closing. Working in a team environment with flexibility for home-office based at HENRICHSEN4easy.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and acquiring new clients
  • Independently managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing
  • Conducting sales negotiations and presentations, including proposal preparation
  • Selling services and software products related to our ECM/EIM portfolio
  • Continuously developing and expanding customer relationships through relationship management
  • Analyzing trends and customer needs to optimize the sales strategy
  • Developing and implementing tailored sales strategies for defined target markets and industries
  • Participating in industry events, trade shows, or webinars to increase brand presence and generate leads
  • Identifying cross- and up-selling opportunities after contract conclusion
  • Closely collaborating with adjacent departments such as PMO and Consulting

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration, an IT-related degree, or commercial vocational training
  • Several years of experience in sales or a sales-related role for software solutions and/or business applications
  • Experience and know-how in digitization and automation of business processes as well as IT-strategic topics
  • Confident, professional manner in customer meetings and technical competence in IT solution sales
  • Analytical and structured working style with strong communication skills
  • Goal-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Assertiveness and proven closing strength
  • Customer-focused and entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
  • Ideally, existing knowledge of industries such as social services, local government/public sector, or energy and utilities
