About the role

  • Sales Lead for Verizon managing account growth, satisfaction, and strategic planning. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored telecommunications solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Verizon account, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue growth, profitability growth, retention, and expansion goals
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new telecommunications solutions incorporating energy storage, power conversion, enclosures and services that solve Verizon’s biggest problems and challenges
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product management, operations, finance, legal) to deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitive activity to inform strategy
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in alignment with company policies
  • Lead Quarterly business reviews and performance reports to clients and leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of account and territory management experience in the Communications industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets
  • Strong understanding of communications products, services, and emerging technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously
  • Flexibility to travel extensively (approximately 40–50% of the time)
