Responsibilities

Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of stock preparation and recycled fiber processes, ideally backed by a B.Sc. in a technical field.
At least five years of experience in a pulp or paper mill in roles such as process engineer or production manager.
Excellent communication skills and advanced English proficiency.
Solid commercial negotiation capabilities and ability to identify sales opportunities.
Proven knowledge to read and understand commercial contracts.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
