About the role

  • Marketing & Sales Support Manager orchestrating contents, campaigns and touchpoints for customer journey at Axpo Systems AG. Supporting Key Account Managers in lead processing and offer process.

Responsibilities

  • Continuous market engagement in close coordination with Sales
  • Maintain, update and version references, success stories, datasheets, offer modules, CVs and templates in the Bid-Box/content repository
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and assets
  • Plan and provide operational support for thematic focuses and campaigns
  • Capture and qualify inbound leads, follow up on leads and maintain status in the CRM; maintain target account lists
  • Maintain designated website/intranet/social media sections
  • Monitor competitors and market developments
  • Compile marketing and pipeline metrics and visualize them together with Sales reports
  • Administrative tasks, system maintenance, standard offers, invoicing, customer data maintenance, debtor creation, support with complex proposals
  • Prepare and record contracts in the ERP and contract management system; handle administrative invoicing processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial education (federal certificate or equivalent)
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing and administrative roles, ideally within marketing and/or sales departments and in a technical environment
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with AI tools for content creation/quality checking and with ERP systems as well as social media mechanics
  • Confident German language skills and good English; French or Italian is an advantage
  • Strong, process-oriented working style with high quality standards
  • Independent, reliable and resilient personality with strong customer orientation and service mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and storytelling ability
